Morning all.I'm a maintenance engineer in depressing sheffield.I work in the speciality steels industry.I'm a novice picker and I'm working through some basic locks.just now I'm looking at a master lock 9150EUR.the lock rakes very easily, but I'm struggling to SPP without a major session of picking.
Could anyone tell me if this lock has spools.I'm not getting any feed back on the tension wrench.

I think this is a cheaper and poorer quality lock.

They can be difficult to pick due to poor tolerance's and bad manufacturing.

I dont think it will have spools, try a better quality lock.

Oh and :welc:

Thanks for the advice.I do have lots of quality locks due to work.I once saved an Ingersoll 700 series open shackle from the skip.someone had cut the lock off with an angle grinder.I knew where the key was,so I tig welded the shackle back up.maybe i could pass this on to other members to play with, were given abus 65/30's with a long shackle to isolate machinery when working on it..I have quite a few of the brass yale 850's on tool cupboards that I own as well.I used to make hand made knives so maybe I'll work on some picks (mirror polished of course)
